 REPARATIONAL GALLERY TO PARTIALLY ATONE FOR THE LATEST DESECRATION TO IMAGES OF OUR LADY AND THE NATIVITY Every year brings more heartache to Catholics who love the beauty of religious images that are a part of our Tradition. In the year 2016 we find someone who has decided that the peaceful nativity scene of over 2,000 years ago is inadequate to their self-expression. To protest, the creche setting was ruptured with mocking in the players attire and facial expressions, etc. Some of the most disgusting desecrations are those inflicted on images of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and or the Madonna and Child masterpieces, such as replacing the Christ Child figure with an animal or a skeleton or zombie. With the Immaculata it seems to be prevalent now to have a death head in place of the beauty of the Mother of God. This gallery is a prayer gallery in that we present beautiful masterpieces and or traditional images of the Holy Family and the Madonna and Child, embellished for Christmastide, which includes an aspiration with each. There is no music, just quiet, on a white background, representing the peace and softness of newly fallen snow. The sizes range from large to small, so that some can be printed out. The larger ones cannot, but they can be downloaded to enjoy on your computer when you wish.
