This image of Our Lady of the Rosary, Canada, commonly known as Notre Dame du Cap, Our Lady of the Cape, was given to me by my sister-in-law, Bernadette, whose brother is a priest. She has been sorely persecuted by fellow Catholics who favor birth control and abortion rights because Bernadette started Birthright in her part of Canada. Bernadette is faithful to Our Lady's Rosary, so this suffering she endures for the littlest of the human race must be salutary. I salute her while  saluting, so to speak, Our Lady.
